As the 2006 golf season begins, the Filipino American Golfers Association (FilAmGolfers) anticipates an outstanding year.
President Jojo Tan, a native of Tarlac City, and the Board of Directors are all geared up to lead the way. The very successful Fil-Am kick off Classic I was a manifestation of the club’s objective to bring together members of the Filipino golfing community with organized and exciting events. Fil-Am kick off Classic I was highlighted by the Hole-in-one challenge for the hefty prize of $1,000.00 (sponsored by Fred Di Malanta).
Fil-Am Golfers also welcome its new members for this year:
Alan Adonay, Eric Ciar, Fred Dimalanta, Joel Gatchalian, Ricky Guevarra, Nelson Judan, Edgar Lerias, Alfredo Portillo, Manny Posadas, Rey Protacio, Rolly Ramos, Rene Sanchez, Ernesto Villoso, and Andy Zapata.
